   A friend passed me a decant of Coco Parfum and I wasn’t prepared for it. The very first sniff is crisp Bulgarian Rose with Coriander peeking through, very much my kind of start. The base rests on Amber and Opoponax — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   I’ve been wearing Coco Parfum on and off for a few weeks now. Give it a little time and Rose with Cloves comes forward — smooth and well done. The base rests on Amber and Opoponax — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

That first spray gives a lovely Bulgarian Rose/Coriander impression that dries down smoothly. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   I picked up Coco Parfum mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. That first spray gives a lovely Bulgarian Rose/Coriander impression that dries down smoothly. Right away I get mostly Bulgarian Rose alongside Coriander, fresh and very easy to wear. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I would happily buy a full bottle.
