   A friend passed me a decant of Far Away Infinity (2016) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The heart is the best part for me: Jasmine and Jasmine Sambac feel carefully balanced. Give it a little time and Jasmine with Jasmine Sambac comes forward — smooth and well done. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   Everyone keeps talking about Far Away Infinity, so I finally gave it a proper test. The base rests on Vanila and Sandalwood — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The opening is built around Gardenia and Bergamot — bright and immediately recognizable. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

The heart is the best part for me: Jasmine and Jasmine Sambac feel carefully balanced. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. The composition is well made but not for me.

   I’ve been wearing Far Away Infinity on and off for a few weeks now (2016). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Jasmine with Jasmine Sambac, which is where the fragrance really shines. As it settles, Vanila and Sandalwood come through and give it real depth. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.
