   A decant of Oltremare sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. Give it a little time and Tea with Rhuburb comes forward — smooth and well done. As it settles, White Musk and Patchouli come through and give it real depth. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   Everyone keeps talking about Oltremare, so I finally gave it a proper test. The opening is built around Lime and Bergamot — bright and immediately recognizable. Right away I get mostly Lime alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   For a 2011 release, Oltremare deserves more attention than it gets. Right away I get mostly Lime alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. The heart is the best part for me: Tea and Rhuburb feel carefully balanced. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   Everyone keeps talking about Oltremare, so I finally gave it a proper test. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Tea with Rhuburb, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Tea and Rhuburb feel carefully balanced. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.
