   Everyone keeps talking about Drunk Lovers, so I finally gave it a proper test. The base rests on Vanilla and Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The very first sniff is crisp Cognac with Red Berries peeking through, very much my kind of start. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   Picked up a sample of Drunk Lovers after reading the community buzz (2023). The first minutes are all about Cognac with a hint of Red Berries — it grabs attention without being pushy. Give it a little time and Pepper with Ginger comes forward — smooth and well done. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   I have owned Drunk Lovers for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. Right away I get mostly Cognac alongside Red Berries, fresh and very easy to wear. Give it a little time and Pepper with Ginger comes forward — smooth and well done. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   I picked up Drunk Lovers (2023) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. As it settles, Vanilla and Amber come through and give it real depth. Give it a little time and Pepper with Ginger comes forward — smooth and well done. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   I picked up Drunk Lovers (2023) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The drydown leans on Vanilla plus Amber and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The first minutes are all about Cognac with a hint of Red Berries — it grabs attention without being pushy. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.
