   I picked up Believe (2007) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. That first spray gives a lovely Guava/Tangerine impression that dries down smoothly. The first minutes are all about Guava with a hint of Tangerine — it grabs attention without being pushy. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I wanted to like it more than I did.

   Picked up a sample of Believe after reading the community buzz (2007). The drydown leans on Patchouli plus Praline and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Right away I get mostly Guava alongside Tangerine, fresh and very easy to wear. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

The heart is the best part for me: Lime Blossom and Honeysuckle feel carefully balanced. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

   I’ve been wearing Believe on and off for a few weeks now (2007). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Lime Blossom with Honeysuckle, which is where the fragrance really shines. As it settles, Patchouli and Praline come through and give it real depth. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   For a 2007 release, Believe deserves more attention than it gets. The heart is the best part for me: Lime Blossom and Honeysuckle feel carefully balanced. Give it a little time and Lime Blossom with Honeysuckle comes forward — smooth and well done. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

The base rests on Patchouli and Praline — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   I have owned Believe for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The base rests on Patchouli and Praline — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Right away I get mostly Guava alongside Tangerine, fresh and very easy to wear. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.
