   Picked up a sample of Tabac Blond after reading the community buzz (1919). Right away I get mostly Carnation alongside Leather, fresh and very easy to wear. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Iris with Ylang-Ylang, which is where the fragrance really shines. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   A couple of wears in, Tabac Blond has really grown on me. The base rests on Vanille and Musk — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Right away I get mostly Carnation alongside Leather, fresh and very easy to wear. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   I keep reaching for Tabac Blond more than I expected to. The opening is built around Carnation and Leather — bright and immediately recognizable. The base rests on Vanille and Musk — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

   A couple of wears in, Tabac Blond has really grown on me. Give it a little time and Iris with Ylang-Ylang comes forward — smooth and well done. The heart is the best part for me: Iris and Ylang-Ylang feel carefully balanced. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.
