   A couple of wears in, Flor del Sol has really grown on me. The drydown leans on Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The opening is built around Grenadine and Tequila — bright and immediately recognizable. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   I picked up Flor del Sol (2020) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. That first spray gives a lovely Grenadine/Tequila impression that dries down smoothly. The base rests on Sandalwood — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   I keep reaching for Flor del Sol more than I expected to. The very first sniff is crisp Grenadine with Tequila peeking through, very much my kind of start. The opening is built around Grenadine and Tequila — bright and immediately recognizable. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Flor del Sol. Right away I get mostly Grenadine alongside Tequila, fresh and very easy to wear. The first minutes are all about Grenadine with a hint of Tequila — it grabs attention without being pushy. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

   I have owned Flor del Sol for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The opening is built around Grenadine and Tequila — bright and immediately recognizable. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Dahlia, which is where the fragrance really shines. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   I’ve been wearing Flor del Sol on and off for a few weeks now (2020). As it settles, Sandalwood come through and give it real depth. That first spray gives a lovely Grenadine/Tequila impression that dries down smoothly. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

The base rests on Sandalwood — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
