   For a 2018 release, Happy Chopard – Felicia Roses deserves more attention than it gets. The first minutes are all about Pink Grapefruit with a hint of Raspberry — it grabs attention without being pushy. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Damask Rose with Rose, which is where the fragrance really shines. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   A decant of Happy Chopard – Felicia Roses sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. That first spray gives a lovely Pink Grapefruit/Raspberry impression that dries down smoothly. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Damask Rose with Rose, which is where the fragrance really shines. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   I keep reaching for Happy Chopard – Felicia Roses more than I expected to. The base rests on Cedar and Tonka Bean — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The heart is the best part for me: Damask Rose and Rose feel carefully balanced. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   For a 2018 release, Happy Chopard – Felicia Roses deserves more attention than it gets. The very first sniff is crisp Pink Grapefruit with Raspberry peeking through, very much my kind of start. That first spray gives a lovely Pink Grapefruit/Raspberry impression that dries down smoothly. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.
