   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Armani Code Parfum. That first spray gives a lovely Bergamot/Bergamot Leaf impression that dries down smoothly. As it settles, Tonka Bean and Cedar come through and give it real depth. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Armani Code Parfum. The very first sniff is crisp Bergamot with Bergamot Leaf peeking through, very much my kind of start. That first spray gives a lovely Bergamot/Bergamot Leaf impression that dries down smoothly. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   My first Giorgio Armani experience was this one, Armani Code Parfum (2022). The opening is built around Bergamot and Bergamot Leaf — bright and immediately recognizable. Right away I get mostly Bergamot alongside Bergamot Leaf, fresh and very easy to wear. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   I picked up Armani Code Parfum (2022) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Iris with Aldehydes, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Iris and Aldehydes feel carefully balanced. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.
