   Picked up a sample of Play For Her Intense after reading the community buzz (2010). The very first sniff is crisp Pink Pepper with Peach peeking through, very much my kind of start. The heart is the best part for me: Orchid and Tiare Flower feel carefully balanced. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   My first Givenchy experience was this one, Play For Her Intense (2010). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Orchid with Tiare Flower, which is where the fragrance really shines. Give it a little time and Orchid with Tiare Flower comes forward — smooth and well done. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   I picked up Play For Her Intense (2010) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The very first sniff is crisp Pink Pepper with Peach peeking through, very much my kind of start. Right away I get mostly Pink Pepper alongside Peach, fresh and very easy to wear. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I wanted to like it more than I did.

   I have owned Play For Her Intense for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. That first spray gives a lovely Pink Pepper/Peach impression that dries down smoothly. The very first sniff is crisp Pink Pepper with Peach peeking through, very much my kind of start. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

The first minutes are all about Pink Pepper with a hint of Peach — it grabs attention without being pushy. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.
