   A couple of wears in, Galop d’Hermes has really grown on me. The drydown leans on Leather plus White Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Turkish Rose with Osmanthus, which is where the fragrance really shines. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

   A couple of wears in, Galop d’Hermes has really grown on me. The opening is built around Quince and Saffron — bright and immediately recognizable. Right away I get mostly Quince alongside Saffron, fresh and very easy to wear. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   I have owned Galop d’Hermes for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. Give it a little time and Turkish Rose with Osmanthus comes forward — smooth and well done. The opening is built around Quince and Saffron — bright and immediately recognizable. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.
