   For a 2022 release, Paragon deserves more attention than it gets. The opening is built around White sage and Lavender — bright and immediately recognizable. That first spray gives a lovely White sage/Lavender impression that dries down smoothly. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Paragon. Give it a little time and Plum with Palo Santo comes forward — smooth and well done. The heart is the best part for me: Plum and Palo Santo feel carefully balanced. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   Picked up a sample of Paragon after reading the community buzz (2022). The opening is built around White sage and Lavender — bright and immediately recognizable. That first spray gives a lovely White sage/Lavender impression that dries down smoothly. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   Everyone keeps talking about Paragon, so I finally gave it a proper test. The first minutes are all about White sage with a hint of Lavender — it grabs attention without being pushy. The drydown leans on Sandalwood plus Oud and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   I keep reaching for Paragon more than I expected to. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Plum with Palo Santo, which is where the fragrance really shines. The opening is built around White sage and Lavender — bright and immediately recognizable. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   My first Initio experience was this one, Paragon (2022). The very first sniff is crisp White sage with Lavender peeking through, very much my kind of start. The heart is the best part for me: Plum and Palo Santo feel carefully balanced. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

   A friend passed me a decant of Paragon (2022) and I wasn’t prepared for it. Right away I get mostly White sage alongside Lavender, fresh and very easy to wear. The drydown leans on Sandalwood plus Oud and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.
