   A decant of Yara Elixir sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. The drydown leans on Vanilla plus Caramel and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Jasmine with Orange Blossom, which is where the fragrance really shines. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   I have owned Yara Elixir for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The drydown leans on Vanilla plus Caramel and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Right away I get mostly Strawberry S’mores alongside Black Currant, fresh and very easy to wear. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

   Everyone keeps talking about Yara Elixir, so I finally gave it a proper test. Right away I get mostly Strawberry S’mores alongside Black Currant, fresh and very easy to wear. The first minutes are all about Strawberry S’mores with a hint of Black Currant — it grabs attention without being pushy. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   I picked up Yara Elixir (2025) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Right away I get mostly Strawberry S’mores alongside Black Currant, fresh and very easy to wear. Give it a little time and Jasmine with Orange Blossom comes forward — smooth and well done. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.
