   Picked up a sample of Indian Dream after reading the community buzz (2014). The very first sniff is crisp Heliotrope with Orange Blossom peeking through, very much my kind of start. The drydown leans on Vanilla plus Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   My first Mancera experience was this one, Indian Dream (2014). Right away I get mostly Heliotrope alongside Orange Blossom, fresh and very easy to wear. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Jasmine with Amber, which is where the fragrance really shines. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Jasmine with Amber, which is where the fragrance really shines. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

Right away I get mostly Heliotrope alongside Orange Blossom, fresh and very easy to wear. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

Right away I get mostly Heliotrope alongside Orange Blossom, fresh and very easy to wear. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.
