   I keep reaching for Perfect more than I expected to. The drydown leans on Cashmeran plus Cedar and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The heart is the best part for me: Almond Milk feel carefully balanced. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   I picked up Perfect (2020) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. That first spray gives a lovely Rhubarb/Narcissus impression that dries down smoothly. As it settles, Cashmeran and Cedar come through and give it real depth. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   Marc Jacobs knows how to compose, and Perfect (2020) is proof. The very first sniff is crisp Rhubarb with Narcissus peeking through, very much my kind of start. The opening is built around Rhubarb and Narcissus — bright and immediately recognizable. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. The composition is well made but not for me.

Right away I get mostly Rhubarb alongside Narcissus, fresh and very easy to wear. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

Give it a little time and Almond Milk comes forward — smooth and well done. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.
