   A couple of wears in, Missoni Wave has really grown on me. The very first sniff is crisp Sea Notes with Citruses peeking through, very much my kind of start. The first minutes are all about Sea Notes with a hint of Citruses — it grabs attention without being pushy. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   I keep reaching for Missoni Wave more than I expected to. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Lavender with Clary Sage, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Lavender and Clary Sage feel carefully balanced. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   I keep reaching for Missoni Wave more than I expected to. That first spray gives a lovely Sea Notes/Citruses impression that dries down smoothly. Give it a little time and Lavender with Clary Sage comes forward — smooth and well done. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   I’ve been wearing Missoni Wave on and off for a few weeks now (2020). Right away I get mostly Sea Notes alongside Citruses, fresh and very easy to wear. The very first sniff is crisp Sea Notes with Citruses peeking through, very much my kind of start. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

   Picked up a sample of Missoni Wave after reading the community buzz (2020). The base rests on Vanilla Orchid and Haitian Vetiver — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Lavender with Clary Sage, which is where the fragrance really shines. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

The opening is built around Sea Notes and Citruses — bright and immediately recognizable. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

Right away I get mostly Sea Notes alongside Citruses, fresh and very easy to wear. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.
