   A friend passed me a decant of Nirmala (2017) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The opening is built around Passionfruit and Mandarin Orange — bright and immediately recognizable. The base rests on Vanilla and Tonka Bean — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   I picked up Nirmala (2017) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The heart is the best part for me: Mango and Hibiscus feel carefully balanced. Right away I get mostly Passionfruit alongside Mandarin Orange, fresh and very easy to wear. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   I picked up Nirmala (2017) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Mango with Hibiscus, which is where the fragrance really shines. The heart is the best part for me: Mango and Hibiscus feel carefully balanced. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. The composition is well made but not for me.

   Everyone keeps talking about Nirmala, so I finally gave it a proper test. The opening is built around Passionfruit and Mandarin Orange — bright and immediately recognizable. Right away I get mostly Passionfruit alongside Mandarin Orange, fresh and very easy to wear. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

That first spray gives a lovely Passionfruit/Mandarin Orange impression that dries down smoothly. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

Right away I get mostly Passionfruit alongside Mandarin Orange, fresh and very easy to wear. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.
