Picked up a sample of Pegasus after reading the community buzz (2011). The very first sniff is crisp Heliotrope with Cumin peeking through, very much my kind of start. As it settles, Vanilla and Sandalwood come through and give it real depth. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

I have owned Pegasus for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. Give it a little time and Bitter Almond with Lavender comes forward β€” smooth and well done. The very first sniff is crisp Heliotrope with Cumin peeking through, very much my kind of start. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

I keep reaching for Pegasus more than I expected to. The base rests on Vanilla and Sandalwood β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. As it settles, Vanilla and Sandalwood come through and give it real depth. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

I’ve been wearing Pegasus on and off for a few weeks now (2011). The first minutes are all about Heliotrope with a hint of Cumin β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. The very first sniff is crisp Heliotrope with Cumin peeking through, very much my kind of start. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

Picked up a sample of Pegasus after reading the community buzz (2011). The opening is built around Heliotrope and Cumin β€” bright and immediately recognizable. Right away I get mostly Heliotrope alongside Cumin, fresh and very easy to wear. Two sprays are enough β€” it carries well without shouting. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

As it settles, Vanilla and Sandalwood come through and give it real depth. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. The composition is well made but not for me.

My first Parfums de Marly experience was this one, Pegasus (2011). The opening is built around Heliotrope and Cumin β€” bright and immediately recognizable. The very first sniff is crisp Heliotrope with Cumin peeking through, very much my kind of start. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

A couple of wears in, Pegasus has really grown on me. The first minutes are all about Heliotrope with a hint of Cumin β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. The heart is the best part for me: Bitter Almond and Lavender feel carefully balanced. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

The opening is built around Heliotrope and Cumin β€” bright and immediately recognizable. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

My first Parfums de Marly experience was this one, Pegasus (2011). The very first sniff is crisp Heliotrope with Cumin peeking through, very much my kind of start. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Bitter Almond with Lavender, which is where the fragrance really shines. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Pegasus. Give it a little time and Bitter Almond with Lavender comes forward β€” smooth and well done. The very first sniff is crisp Heliotrope with Cumin peeking through, very much my kind of start. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

A couple of wears in, Pegasus has really grown on me. As it settles, Vanilla and Sandalwood come through and give it real depth. The drydown leans on Vanilla plus Sandalwood and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Well done β€” recommended if the notes appeal to you.
