   A couple of wears in, S has really grown on me. Give it a little time and Sandalwood comes forward — smooth and well done. The base rests on Vanille and Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   I’ve been wearing S on and off for a few weeks now (2010). The first minutes are all about Jasmine — it grabs attention without being pushy. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Sandalwood, which is where the fragrance really shines. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

As it settles, Vanille and Amber come through and give it real depth. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.

   For a 2010 release, S deserves more attention than it gets. The base rests on Vanille and Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Right away I get mostly Jasmine, fresh and very easy to wear. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about S. The drydown leans on Vanille plus Amber and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The opening is built around Jasmine — bright and immediately recognizable. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

Right away I get mostly Jasmine, fresh and very easy to wear. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

The heart is the best part for me: Sandalwood feel carefully balanced. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
