   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Y. Give it a little time and Hiacynth with Orris Root comes forward — smooth and well done. The drydown leans on Oakmoss plus Civet and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   Picked up a sample of Y after reading the community buzz (1964). The base rests on Oakmoss and Civet — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The very first sniff is crisp Aldehydes with Green Notes peeking through, very much my kind of start. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   I’ve been wearing Y on and off for a few weeks now (1964). The heart is the best part for me: Hiacynth and Orris Root feel carefully balanced. As it settles, Oakmoss and Civet come through and give it real depth. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

Give it a little time and Hiacynth with Orris Root comes forward — smooth and well done. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

The first minutes are all about Aldehydes with a hint of Green Notes — it grabs attention without being pushy. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. The composition is well made but not for me.

The very first sniff is crisp Aldehydes with Green Notes peeking through, very much my kind of start. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. I would happily buy a full bottle.
