   Jessica Simpson knows how to compose, and Fancy Love (2009) is proof. That first spray gives a lovely Peach Blossom/Champagne impression that dries down smoothly. The opening is built around Peach Blossom and Champagne — bright and immediately recognizable. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   I’ve been wearing Fancy Love on and off for a few weeks now (2009). The heart is the best part for me: Frangipani and Jasmine feel carefully balanced. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Frangipani with Jasmine, which is where the fragrance really shines. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

   I picked up Fancy Love (2009) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The base rests on Amber and Musk — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The very first sniff is crisp Peach Blossom with Champagne peeking through, very much my kind of start. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. I would happily buy a full bottle.

The very first sniff is crisp Peach Blossom with Champagne peeking through, very much my kind of start. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   I have owned Fancy Love for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The first minutes are all about Peach Blossom with a hint of Champagne — it grabs attention without being pushy. The heart is the best part for me: Frangipani and Jasmine feel carefully balanced. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.
