   I have owned Bois Blonds for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The drydown leans on Woody Notes plus Haitian Vetiver and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. That first spray gives a lovely Tunisian Neroli/Pink Pepper impression that dries down smoothly. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   A friend passed me a decant of Bois Blonds and I wasn’t prepared for it. Right away I get mostly Tunisian Neroli alongside Pink Pepper, fresh and very easy to wear. As it settles, Woody Notes and Haitian Vetiver come through and give it real depth. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. I wanted to like it more than I did.

   I’ve been wearing Bois Blonds on and off for a few weeks now. Right away I get mostly Tunisian Neroli alongside Pink Pepper, fresh and very easy to wear. The opening is built around Tunisian Neroli and Pink Pepper — bright and immediately recognizable. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. I would happily buy a full bottle.

   I keep reaching for Bois Blonds more than I expected to. Give it a little time and Orange Blossom with Incense comes forward — smooth and well done. The base rests on Woody Notes and Haitian Vetiver — warm, grounded and easy to live with. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   A couple of wears in, Bois Blonds has really grown on me. Right away I get mostly Tunisian Neroli alongside Pink Pepper, fresh and very easy to wear. The first minutes are all about Tunisian Neroli with a hint of Pink Pepper — it grabs attention without being pushy. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.
