   I keep reaching for Midnight Poison more than I expected to. The heart is the best part for me: Rose feel carefully balanced. The base rests on Patchouli and Amber — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. The composition is well made but not for me.

   For a 2007 release, Midnight Poison deserves more attention than it gets. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Rose, which is where the fragrance really shines. The first minutes are all about Bergamot with a hint of Mandarin Orange — it grabs attention without being pushy. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.
