   I keep reaching for Rose Atlantic more than I expected to. That first spray gives a lovely Rose Petals/Lemon impression that dries down smoothly. Give it a little time and Rose with Salt comes forward — smooth and well done. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. Worth sampling before committing to a bottle.

   DS&Durga knows how to compose, and Rose Atlantic (2016) is proof. The first minutes are all about Rose Petals with a hint of Lemon — it grabs attention without being pushy. The opening is built around Rose Petals and Lemon — bright and immediately recognizable. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   Everyone keeps talking about Rose Atlantic, so I finally gave it a proper test. As it settles, Sea water and Musk come through and give it real depth. The very first sniff is crisp Rose Petals with Lemon peeking through, very much my kind of start. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

   Picked up a sample of Rose Atlantic after reading the community buzz (2016). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Rose with Salt, which is where the fragrance really shines. As it settles, Sea water and Musk come through and give it real depth. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
