   My first Marc Jacobs experience was this one, Bang (2010). The base rests on Vetyver and Elemi resin — warm, grounded and easy to live with. The drydown leans on Vetyver plus Elemi resin and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Woodsy Notes, which is where the fragrance really shines. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.
