   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Angel Elixir. That first spray gives a lovely Pink Pepper impression that dries down smoothly. The first minutes are all about Pink Pepper — it grabs attention without being pushy. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. The composition is well made but not for me.

   For a 2023 release, Angel Elixir deserves more attention than it gets. The drydown leans on Bourbon Vanilla plus Amber Xtreme™ and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Right away I get mostly Pink Pepper, fresh and very easy to wear. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.

As it settles, Bourbon Vanilla and Amber Xtreme™ come through and give it real depth. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. The composition is well made but not for me.

   I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Angel Elixir. The very first sniff is crisp Pink Pepper, very much my kind of start. As it settles, Bourbon Vanilla and Amber Xtreme™ come through and give it real depth. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. I would happily buy a full bottle.

After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Jasmine with Ylang-Ylang, which is where the fragrance really shines. The drydown lingers pleasantly, and I do not need to reapply at lunch. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

The base rests on Bourbon Vanilla and Amber Xtreme™ — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
