   Picked up a sample of Innocent after reading the community buzz (1998). The opening is built around Mandarin Orange and Bergamot — bright and immediately recognizable. As it settles, Praline and White Musk come through and give it real depth. The trail is there if someone steps close, not across the room. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   I picked up Innocent (1998) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Give it a little time and Black Currant with Red Berries comes forward — smooth and well done. The base rests on Praline and White Musk — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   I’ve been wearing Innocent on and off for a few weeks now (1998). The heart is the best part for me: Black Currant and Red Berries feel carefully balanced. The base rests on Praline and White Musk — warm, grounded and easy to live with. After a few hours it becomes a soft skin scent with a lovely trail. I can see this getting a lot of wear in my collection.

   My first Mugler experience was this one, Innocent (1998). After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Black Currant with Red Berries, which is where the fragrance really shines. That first spray gives a lovely Mandarin Orange/Bergamot impression that dries down smoothly. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

A very likeable composition that is easy to appreciate.

   A friend passed me a decant of Innocent (1998) and I wasn’t prepared for it. That first spray gives a lovely Mandarin Orange/Bergamot impression that dries down smoothly. The first minutes are all about Mandarin Orange with a hint of Bergamot — it grabs attention without being pushy. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   A friend passed me a decant of Innocent (1998) and I wasn’t prepared for it. Right away I get mostly Mandarin Orange alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. Give it a little time and Black Currant with Red Berries comes forward — smooth and well done. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. I would happily buy a full bottle.
