A couple of wears in, Trouble has really grown on me. Give it a little time and Jasmine comes forward β€” smooth and well done. The base rests on Amber and Cedar β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. Two sprays are enough β€” it carries well without shouting. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

I needed a full wearing before I made my mind up about Trouble. The heart is the best part for me: Jasmine feel carefully balanced. The very first sniff is crisp Lemon with Dyer’s Greenweed peeking through, very much my kind of start. I get about four to six hours before it turns into a skin scent. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

Boucheron knows how to compose, and Trouble (2004) is proof. Give it a little time and Jasmine comes forward β€” smooth and well done. The first minutes are all about Lemon with a hint of Dyer’s Greenweed β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. It performs better in warmer weather β€” in the heat it opens up nicely. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

For a 2004 release, Trouble deserves more attention than it gets. As it settles, Amber and Cedar come through and give it real depth. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Jasmine, which is where the fragrance really shines. It performs better in warmer weather β€” in the heat it opens up nicely. Full-bottle worthy without a doubt.

I’ve been wearing Trouble on and off for a few weeks now (2004). That first spray gives a lovely Lemon/Dyer’s Greenweed impression that dries down smoothly. The base rests on Amber and Cedar β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. It performs better in warmer weather β€” in the heat it opens up nicely. Well done β€” recommended if the notes appeal to you.

Boucheron knows how to compose, and Trouble (2004) is proof. The base rests on Amber and Cedar β€” warm, grounded and easy to live with. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Jasmine, which is where the fragrance really shines. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

A friend passed me a decant of Trouble (2004) and I wasn’t prepared for it. The first minutes are all about Lemon with a hint of Dyer’s Greenweed β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. Right away I get mostly Lemon alongside Dyer’s Greenweed, fresh and very easy to wear. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. I wanted to like it more than I did.

I picked up Trouble (2004) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The opening is built around Lemon and Dyer’s Greenweed β€” bright and immediately recognizable. The first minutes are all about Lemon with a hint of Dyer’s Greenweed β€” it grabs attention without being pushy. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. Pleasant, though I would not call it essential.

I have owned Trouble for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. Right away I get mostly Lemon alongside Dyer’s Greenweed, fresh and very easy to wear. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Jasmine, which is where the fragrance really shines. On my skin the performance is reliable, not a beast but far from weak. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

The very first sniff is crisp Lemon with Dyer’s Greenweed peeking through, very much my kind of start. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. It is fine, but it does not stand out in my collection.

For a 2004 release, Trouble deserves more attention than it gets. Right away I get mostly Lemon alongside Dyer’s Greenweed, fresh and very easy to wear. The drydown leans on Amber plus Cedar and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. It lasts through a full workday on me, which is exactly what I want. I enjoy it when I wear it, yet I rarely think of reaching for it.
