   Picked up a sample of Tygar after reading the community buzz (2016). The drydown leans on Ambroxan plus Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The very first sniff is crisp Grapefruit, very much my kind of start. It projects politely for a couple of hours, then stays close and cosy. Easily one of my favourite finds this season.

   I have owned Tygar for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. Give it a little time and Ginger with Ambrette comes forward — smooth and well done. The heart is the best part for me: Ginger and Ambrette feel carefully balanced. In cooler weather it sits closer to the skin, which I actually prefer here. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.

   I keep reaching for Tygar more than I expected to. Right away I get mostly Grapefruit, fresh and very easy to wear. The first minutes are all about Grapefruit — it grabs attention without being pushy. Longevity is moderate and the trail is noticeable without being loud. A solid addition for anyone who enjoys this style.

   I picked up Tygar (2016) mostly on a whim, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The drydown leans on Ambroxan plus Musk and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Ginger with Ambrette, which is where the fragrance really shines. Projection stays close for the first hour, then becomes a soft, pleasant aura. I would happily buy a full bottle.
