   A decant of Sel d’Azur sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. As it settles, Haitian Vetiver come through and give it real depth. The opening is built around Grapefruit — bright and immediately recognizable. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. The composition is well made but not for me.

   Picked up a sample of Sel d’Azur after reading the community buzz (2019). The very first sniff is crisp Grapefruit, very much my kind of start. As it settles, Haitian Vetiver come through and give it real depth. It performs better in warmer weather — in the heat it opens up nicely. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   A decant of Sel d’Azur sat in my box for weeks before I finally wore it. The drydown leans on Haitian Vetiver and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The base rests on Haitian Vetiver — warm, grounded and easy to live with. Three sprays last me most of the day without ever becoming cloying. This has earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

   I have owned Sel d’Azur for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. The drydown leans on Haitian Vetiver and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. The first minutes are all about Grapefruit — it grabs attention without being pushy. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. Sadly this one does not work on my skin.
