   For a 2016 release, Vibrant Leather deserves more attention than it gets. After about twenty minutes the heart settles into Leather with Bamboo, which is where the fragrance really shines. The opening is built around Lemon and Bergamot — bright and immediately recognizable. It wears beautifully in the office; I can still catch it on my scarf at the end of the day. This one gets my highest praise — beautiful from start to finish.

   I have owned Vibrant Leather for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. Right away I get mostly Lemon alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. The drydown leans on Patchouli and that is exactly where it feels most comfortable. Two sprays are enough — it carries well without shouting. Well done — recommended if the notes appeal to you.

   I have owned Vibrant Leather for a while now and my opinion has only gotten stronger. That first spray gives a lovely Lemon/Bergamot impression that dries down smoothly. Right away I get mostly Lemon alongside Bergamot, fresh and very easy to wear. It is not the loudest scent I own, but the balance suits it well. I can see its quality, but it simply is not my style.

   Zara knows how to compose, and Vibrant Leather (2016) is proof. The heart is the best part for me: Leather and Bamboo feel carefully balanced. Give it a little time and Leather with Bamboo comes forward — smooth and well done. Performance is consistent: comfortable sillage and several hours of wear on my skin. I reach for it often and always enjoy the wear.
